The indiana roof ballroom affectionately called the roof has been an important part of downtown indianapolissince 1927 when it first opened it s doors. There is an entrance directly from the garage to the ballroom off of the 7th floor of the garage. The soaring 30 foot ceiling behind the balcony is the starry blue night sky with a shimmering crescent moon creating the illusion of being outside.
